SING-AKADEMIE ZU BERLIN’S GIRLS' CHOIR
Sing-Akademie zu Berlin’s girls’ choir was established in September 2006. It offers girls and young women between 8 and 18 the possibility to work through demanding works for same voices and to receive a basic and advanced musical education. The choir gives concerts of its own with a mainly classical repertoire, takes part in services in Berlin churches, and participates in large performances of Sing-Akademie’s main chorus. Its conductor is Professor Friederike Stahmer.
