TRAINING

Since 2006, Sing-Akademie has been cooperating with the Universität der Künste Berlin (University of the arts). The students of the department for sacred music use the main choir as a practice choir. They also participate there actively, thus gaining further experience in choral singing. In the series ORATORIO, students studying instruments at UdK play the great oratorios of music history in small ensembles, familiarizing themselves with a broad repertoire.

There are also close links to the music department of the university library (Dr Ines Burde) and the archive of Universität der Künste (Dr Dietmar Schenk), whom we would like to thank for his support in cataloguing and making accessible our own music collection.
